Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Dormers Farm is part of a working livestock and arable farm found in the small hamlet of Windmill Hill.

The village, complete with renovated post mill, is an ideal location from which to enjoy some of the finest walking and cycling in East Sussex. The local area is rich in heritage and culture, with impressive country houses, fairytale castles, glorious gardens, and contemporary art galleries. There are many historic towns and villages only a short drive away.
From Rye, Winchelsea, Battle and Hastings to the east, Lewes and Brighton to the west, the cultural and retail options are endless.

Sympathetically converted, each property retains its own unique style and provides the perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Situated on top of a hill the farm enjoys outstanding views across the Sussex Weald.

The recent conversion of the Hop House and The Hovel at Dormers Farm provide the highest level of accommodation to allow you to relax and enjoy the beauty of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The cottages were awarded ‘Highly Commended’ in the 2008 South East Tourism awards and are set within a quiet farmyard well off the road and offer a perfect location from where to explore a wealth of beautiful walks and numerous other activities.

On arrival all guests will find a welcome hamper of local and homemade produce and hand made soaps will be found in each bathroom.
Both properties enjoy their own individual privacy or they can be combined for a larger group of up to 10 guests.
